| Cancellation and Refund |
Before departure: For totally unused ticket, HKD1000 refund penalty apply.
After departure: For partially used ticket, the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the transportation used will be refunded, and HKD1000 refund penalty applies.
No refund will be made for voluntary or involuntary downgrade. |
